About The Owners
Magnolia Laine was founded in 2021 by Kerrie Hileman and Mallory Thorburn. As owners and founders of The White Magnolia Bridal Collection, sister store to Magnolia Laine, they have over twelve years of bridal experience under their belts. After opening the first White Magnolia boutique in 2010, the company quickly grew to seven locations across the southeast. Locations include Jacksonville, Tampa, Palm Beach, Atlanta, Savannah, Greenville and Nashville. They own two additional bridal brands, The Sample Shoppe located in Atlanta and Malindy Elene Bridal in Tampa. Kerrie and Mallory both hold degrees in Accounting as well as masters degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Being serial entrepreneurs at heart, it’s their dream to be able to share their love and knowledge of bridal with other future bridal store owners.
GUIDANCE & TRAINING
We provide all franchisees with a comprehensive operations manual. It will
outline everything from purchases to open a location, sales training, process and procedure training and financial consultation. Additionally, we will provide continual education through monthly calls, company training materials and sales programs.
Our expert real estate and design team will assist in helping find the perfect Magnolia Laine boutique location. We support franchisees throughout the process, from site visits to lease negotiations. Floor plan layouts, furniture and fixture recommendations will also be provided to ensure brand continuity and sales success.
With our analytics algorithm and detailed sales assessments, our buying team will have the guidance and knowledge on where you should spend your inventory dollars. Our lead buyer will also help review your stock purchases to ensure you are in line with current bridal trends, as well as offering a variety of styles and silhouettes.
