Wedding dress shopping should be one of your favorite parts of wedding planning, and we believe it should be easy and fun! So below you'll find a few details to note ahead of your appointment to ensure a personalized experience!
RESERVATION & CREDIT CARD POLICY
Each appointment includes a dedicated stylist and a private bridal suite for you and your guests to enjoy. To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Appointment fees vary by location and may be charged upon booking at select stores; all fees are non-refundable.​ To ensure the best experience for every bride, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Appointments arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. This fee ranges from $50-$100 based on location. We completely understand that plans can change and kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. As we are by appointment only, we truly appreciate your understanding.
GUEST & CHILDREN POLICY
While we adore little ones, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 do not attend New Bridal Appointments. Our space is designed to provide a calm, focused experience for you and your guests, allowing us to give you our full, undivided attention during this special time. For those who would love to include a tiny guest, we invite you to inquire about our Reveal Party appointments.

Each of our boutiques can accommodate up to five guests per appointment. We recommend inviting your closest supporters to keep the experience intimate, relaxed, and centered on finding the one. For parties exceeding five guests, our VIP Bridal Appointments are a perfect option for celebrating with a larger group. We kindly ask that you notify your stylist of any changes to your guest count in advance, as additional guests may not be accommodated day-of.
FILM & PHOTOGRAPHY
We love seeing our brides share their ‘yes’ moments and experience in our boutiques. To help you stay present and fully enjoy your appointment, we recommend saving photos for your top two favorite gowns. This also helps us maintain the privacy of our stylists and other guests. Professional cameras, ring lights, and additional photography equipment are not permitted in-store.

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, filming is not permitted unless previously approved by our marketing team. If you’re interested in capturing your appointment, we’re happy to share our privacy and consent guidelines in advance of booking.
TARIFFS
Like many industries, bridal has been impacted by recent tariffs and surcharges. We believe in keeping our brides informed and want to provide transparency around any potential effects on pricing and shipping. FOOD & BEVERAGES
We kindly ask that outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are not brought into the boutique. This allows us to keep our gowns in beautiful condition and ensures your stylist can remain fully focused on your experience.
When you find your gown, a celebratory champagne toast is often part of the moment, though availability may vary by location due to local regulations.
